Matt Sees

Matt Sees is a Performance and Movement Specialist who received his Bachelor’s degree from Rowan University and also has his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.) Over the past 5 years he has experience working with NFL and NHL All-Stars, collegiate athletes ranging from D1 to D3, high school athletes, youth athletes, and adult populations who just want to feel better and shed a few pounds. Matt’s other coaching responsibilities were assessing, designing programs, and coaching the Philadelphia Soul (AFL) and Virtua Ice Hockey Organization. In the pursuit of being the best in his craft, he has completed continuing education in Functional Range Conditioning, Postural Restoration Institute, RockTape, and BioForce.

Matt grew up in Glassboro, NJ where he was a 3-sport athlete in football, wrestling, and track. He played 4 years of football at Rowan University. Matt also spent a few years coaching high school football and wrestling after college. He currently competes in Olympic Weightlifting and is a national level competitor.
