Brenda Villecco, DC, MSACN
Dr. Brenda Villecco received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree and Masters of Applied Clinical Nutrition degree, both with Honors, from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY. Prior to practicing in New Jersey, Dr. Brenda practiced in Williston, Vermont at a family-style practice that spent one-on-one time with patients providing soft tissue mobilization techniques as well as review of exercise movement patterns to optimize performance. She decided to move back to New Jersey to be closer to family.
Dr. Brenda is certified in soft tissue therapy techniques as well as functional movement evaluation methods, including Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), RockTape Kinesiology Taping, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA). She is a Motion Palpation Institute Certified Chiropractor as well as a Webster Certified Chiropractor. In addition to working with the general population, Dr. Brenda has experience working with athletes, pre and post natal patients, and pediatrics.
Dr. Brenda is passionate about holistic healthcare, and believes in providing care that looks at the whole person. She is a practicing Nutritionist and believes that what you put in your body is a key factor in optimizing health, wellness and quality of life. She works with clients who have IBS and hormonal imbalances, as well as athletes and anyone just looking to be healthier.
Prior to chiropractic school, Dr. Brenda graduated with honors from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where she was a member of the competitive Dance Team for all 4 years.
Dr. Brenda grew up in Cherry Hill, NJ and was on her high school competitive Dance Team and Cheerleading Team. Prior to focusing mainly on dance, she played soccer, softball and track. When Dr. Brenda is not at the office, she enjoys powerlifting, dancing, cooking, reading, hiking, spending quality time with family and friends, and spending time down the shore.
